Class Levels/Other Information
Beginning: A slower-paced class with restorative yoga,
breathwork, therapeutics and standing poses. For first-timers,
pregnancy and those recovering from injuries
Level 1: A gentle introduction focusing on standing poses,
breath awareness, shoulder and hip openers, and sun salutations.
Level 2: Deepening practice for students with some yoga
experience, greater focus on alignment, beginning inversions
and balance poses.
Level 3: An energetic and vigorous flow of poses, sun
salutations, inversions and back bends.
Makeups? You can bring or send a guest to a class as your
makeup or apply class credit toward an open Still Moving Yoga
workshop space (during the term only).

first to determine space availability.
